31.05.10Taylor takes top honours at Cadwell

PBRA supported and KRP Node 4 MMCG British 125cc rider Taylor Mckenzie again showed everyone why he is set for big things, as he secured his first win of the season at Cadwell Park. The gritty Scotsman carved his way to the front of the field in the early laps and then never looked back. Taylor is now within 1 point of second place and 24 points adrift of the leader with everything to play for.

"I am really happy with the way the race went today. I knew I had a great chance going into the race. Round here anything can happen so I focused on staying out of trouble and running consistent times. Once I got to the front I just focused on hitting all my markers and not making any silly mistakes. I would like to thank everyone that has helped me to get to this point and I hope I can go on to win a lot more."

Taylors younger brother Tarran had the daunting task of getting to grips with the tricky Lincolnshire circuit but still managed to bring it home in 26th place. The young-Scot is learning with every round and continues to progress and improve with every race.
