23.06.10A disappointing end to a positive weekend for Taylor

PBRA supported and KRP Node 4 MMCG rider Taylor Mckenzie was in action again this weekend, but this time on the world stage as he was granted a wild card entry at the British Grand Prix. Taylor managed to qualify in 27th position which ranked him as the 2nd fastest wildcard in qualifying. Come race day Taylor managed to battle his way up to 19th position before a technical issue forced him to retire with one lap to go.

"It's been a brilliant weekend. Despite a disappointing end to the race I am still really pleased with our performance overall. The experience alone was something I will never forget. It was such an amazing feeling to be out on track with some of the best riders in the world. It has given me a taster of what I want for the future and I hope I can be a regular on the world scene in years to come."
